Walk-in Ultrasound Services
Walk-in ultrasound service is available as capacity permits, Monday to Friday, provided the patient has followed the required preparation instructions provided the patient has followed the preparation for their examination. Our services ensure that reports are finalized within 2 business days, providing you with prompt and accurate results. Please contact us for more information. Appointments are still highly recommended to avoid longer than normal wait times.
Please Note: To ensure we can provide the best care to all our patients, we may need to stop accepting walk-ins if we reach full capacity for the day. We recommend calling ahead to check availability. Thank you for your understanding!
- are 40 years of age and over
- have not had a mammogram within the last year
- have not had breast implants
- have no significant breast complaints
- have no previous history of breast cancer
- have no mammographic and/or ultrasound abnormalities that are being followed

Our Key Features
Open Long Hours
We understand that your schedule can be busy, which is why we are open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm. We are also open on select Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm. Our x-ray lab services start at 10 am to better accommodate your needs.
Compassionate Care
Our team of ultrasound technologists are hospital-trained professionals. We also have female technologists available on a daily basis. Our services ensure that reports are finalized within 2 business days, providing you with prompt and accurate results.
Walk-in
We welcome both walk in ultrasound clinic appointments and same-day appointments for x-ray clinic services, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins for ultrasound appointments when available.

OHIP and Non-OHIP Patients
Radiant Medical Imaging is committed to making our medical imaging services accessible and affordable for all patients. Most of our services are covered by OHIP, Ontario’s public health insurance plan. For patients without OHIP coverage, we offer direct billing to various insurance entities, including Cowan Insurance and Blue Cross Insurance, to help ensure that patients have access to the care they need without financial hardship.
